The brand new, forward thinking. Altaona Golf Club has added the sale of Villas and Townhouses to their CourseMate Golf Club App
This additional feature allows Altaona Golf and Country Village to not only sell off the page but allows them to see who has shown an interest in a specific villa.
With this addition to their Club app, Altaona has added a complete sales page to their app allowing users to see all available villas and townhouses; their specifications and to make an enquiry direct from the app. This makes their real estate both highly visible and convenient for their golfers. They can peruse and make enquiries at home, on the course or even on their way to work.

For the sales team the system provides them with the data of who has shown an interest allowing them to follow up warm/hot leads and close more sales.
Using iBeacon Technology this is effectively what you can do :
- put a beacon outside the villa/house
- when the golfer comes into range it sends a message ie “Welcome to Villa Azure Stuart, would you like to download the brochure” (Stuart can then tap to download the brochure)
- Back that office the sales team receive an email ie “Stuart Rayner has visited Villa Azure”
- They can then follow up using the database CourseMate has created for them
