For the 8th year, 59Club are hosting their annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony and we have been asked to present in one of their “Knowledge is Power” key slots.
The awards are designed to recognise the top golf venues across all business elements assessing them on sales, service, operations, retail, golf course, food & beverage and management, all based on the actual scores they receive as part of the benchmarking process.
All of these aspects fit perfectly into what both CourseMate and 59Club are looking to help the industry achieve. Our speech, given by Adam Harris, will focus upon how these clubs can use mobile technology to help raise their standards to an even greater level, improve customer communication and increase their revenue in their own clubs.
